Adex Lighting is at the forefront of designing with LEDs and can enhance spaces with minimal energy consumption as well as minimizing the impact on the environment.From this concept, Adex Lighting (ALSL) took form as a lighting assembly unit in Gazipur in collaboration with Ledvance in 2019.

Tarana Ali is the Managing Director and founder of Adex Lighting System Ltd, a leading provider of efficient and sustainable lighting solutions. She is dedicated to providing businesses and organizations with the lighting solutions they need to save money and reduce their carbon footprint. Tarana has a passion for creating impactful, sustainable solutions that make a difference and value to businesses, industries and homes. She is committed to using her knowledge and experience to create innovative lighting solutions that are both energy efficient and aesthetically pleasing.
Tarana has worked in prestigious projects for lighting like Bank of America HQ in Europe, Accenture HQ in UK, Grosvenor House etc. She started her career as an electrical engineer in the Uk in building services after the completion of her Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronics) from Coventry University UK and Master of Science (Control and Signal) from Imperial College London.
To enrich herself professionally Tarana has attended a lot of workshops & courses on lighting & lighting design. Most remarkable courses she attended are LED Lighting Design (BRE, UK), Lighting Control Design and Programming Course (Dynalite Australia), Lighting Control Design and Programming Workshop (Simmtronic UK), Lighting Design (DALI, Germany). Her technical understanding is an essential part of the team and the client’s required project scope of works.
Tarana started Adex Lighting System in Bangladesh and with her rich experience she has lead the team to great heights. Adex lighting has handled many large projects in Bangladesh successfully under her guidance. Her knowledge of extensive range of lighting products and tailored solutions enables ALSL to provide turnkey solutions for all types of project.
